MINCO INDIA's MINTEMP thermocouple probes are precision-engineered immersion consumables for accurate temperature measurement of molten steel and hot metal in converters, electric arc furnaces, and ladle furnaces. Manufactured to international design specifications and calibrated as per BS EN 60584-1:1996 (ITS90), they deliver consistent, repeatable readings even under the most demanding steelmaking conditions.

Our thermocouple sub-lance heads are designed with one-to-one dimensional compatibility with all major foreign brands, enabling seamless integration with your existing lance systems without any hardware changes.

The HYDROINS system from MINCO INDIA provides real-time measurement of dissolved hydrogen in molten steel. Hydrogen control is critical for producing high-quality steel free from porosity and internal defects — particularly for automotive, deep drawing, and pipeline grades.

The system consists of a robust rack-mounted computer unit with a clear graphical display, paired with an intuitive control panel (PPM readout, pressure gauge, and measurement controls). Results are available within minutes of immersion.

The METNET 2.0 is MINCO INDIA's flagship panel-mount measuring unit, providing simultaneous readout of temperature (°C), oxygen (PPM), millivolts, and aluminium (%) on a large, high-resolution colour display. Designed for integration into converter control pulpits and BOF platforms.

The compact industrial enclosure is key-locked for security, features rear-panel connectivity (serial ports, power input), and is built to withstand the harsh electrical and thermal environment of a steel plant.
